  2. We talk for fifteen minutes

    I tell you what's actually wrong, in plain English, worst issues first. No slides, no breakout sessions, no pitch.

  3. You decide what to do next

    Hire me, fix it yourself, hire someone else, do nothing — all fine. The audit is yours either way.
